Senator: Moscow's housing renovation plan should cover all Russia

MOSCOW, Jun 17 (PRIME) – The Moscow housing renovation program should be extended for the entire country, Valentina Matviyenko, speaker of the Federation Council, Russian parliament's supreme chamber, said on Wednesday.

"The topic of people relocation from dilapidated buildings is crucial. We should extend the renovation program for the entire country, elaborate rules, adopt laws. Make it economically beneficial for investors," Matviyenko said.

The official said that without investors, the program would be impossible.
